PROCLAMATION

by the President of the Republic of South Africa

FIXING OF DATE ON WHICH SECTION 45(1) OF THE REVENUE LAWS AMENDMENT ACT, 2001 (ACT NO. 19 OF 2001), SHALL COME INTO OPERATION.

In terms of section 45(2) of the Revenue Laws Second Amendment Act, 2001 (Act No. 19 of 2001), I hereby determine 15 February 2002 as the date on which section 45(1) of the said Act, shall come into operation.
