COMMENCEMENT OF SECTION 10, 14, 16 AND 51 OF THE PROMOTION OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 2 OF 2000)

Under section 93 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No.2 of 2000), I hereby determine 15 February 2002 as the date on which sections 10, 14, 16 and 51 of the said Act, shall come into operation.
