COMMENCEMENT: HOUSING AMENDMENT ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 4 OF 2001)
In terms of Section 14 of the Housing Amendment Act, 2001 (Act No. 4 of 2001), I hereby determine 1 February 2002 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
