COMMENCEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, CONTROL, MANAGEMENT, POSSESSION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PORT OF NGQURA
In terms of section 2 (2) of the Port of Ngqura Establishment Act, Act No. 77 of 1998, I hereby determine that 1 February 2002 shall be the date on which the construction, equipment, control, management, possession and maintenance of the Port of Ngqura shall be undertaken by Transnet Limited.
