COMMENCEMENT OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR LIBRARY AND
INFORMATION SERVICES ACT, 2001 (ACT No. 6 OF 2001)
In terms of section 15 of the National Council for Library and Information Services Act, 2001 (Act No. 6 of 2001), I hereby determine 7 December 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
