PROMOTION OF NATIONAL UNITY AND RECONCILIATION ACT, 1995 (ACT No. 34 OF 1995): DISSOLUTION OF THE TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION COMMISSION
Under section 43 (3) (b) of the Promotion of National Unity and Reconciliation Act, 1995 (Act No. 34 of 1995), I hereby, by means of the accompanying proclamation in English and Afrikaans, determine 31 March 2002 as the date for the dissolution of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
Proclamation No. R. 31, 2001 dated 28 May 2001 is hereby withdrawn.
