PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
REMUNERATION OF JUDGES
Under section 2(2)(a) of the Judges' Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act, 1989 (Act No. 27 of 1989) (Bophuthatswana), I hereby amend Schedule I of the abovementioned Act, as indicated in the Schedule, retrospectively from 1 July 2001 by increasing the rates of salaries payable to judges.
