REMUNERATION OF JUDGES
Under sections 2 and 10A(1) of the Judges' Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act, 1989 (Act No. 88 of 1989), I hereby determine the rate, as indicated in the Schedule, at which salaries are payable to Judges retrospectively from 1 July 2001.
