COMMENCEMENT OF THE COUNCIL FOR THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 43 OF 2000)
In terms of section 23 of the Council for the Built Environment, 2000 (Act No. 43 of 2000), I hereby determine 21 September 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
