PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 2 TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT, 1994
In terms of section 7 (5) (a) (ii) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (promulgated under Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), I hereby amend, at the request of the Premier of the Free State, Schedule 2 to the said Act, in respect of the Free State, by the substitution for the words "Department of Safety and Security" and "Head: Safety and Security", where they appear in columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 2, of the words "Department of Public Safety, Security and Liaison" and "Head: Public Safety, Security and Liaison".
