TOURISM SECOND AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 70 OF 2000)
In terms of section 8 of the Tourism Second Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 70 of 2000), I hereby determine 1 October 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
