NATIONAL ROAD TRAFFIC ACT, 1996 (ACT NO. 93 OF 1996): COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN SECTIONS
Under section 94 of the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996) , I hereby fix 1 August 2001 as the date on which sections 54 and 55 of the said Act shall come into operation.
