COMMENCEMENT OF THE EXPORT CREDIT AND FOREIGN INVESTMENTS RE-INSURANCE AMENDMENT ACT, 2001
In terms of section 13 of the Export Credit and Foreign Investments Re-Insurance Amendment Act, 2001, I hereby determine 2 July 2001 as the date on which the Act shall come into operation.
