PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
COMMENCEMENT OF THE GENERAL INTELLIGENCE LAW AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 66 OF 2000)
In terms of section 27 of the General Intelligence Law Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 66 of 2000), I hereby, determine 1 July 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation, with the exception of sections 16 and 18.
