PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
SECTIONS 3 (1) (b), (c), (d) AND (e), 8 (1), 21 (1) (a), (c) AND (d), 24 (1), 35 (1), 38 (1) AND 67 (1) (b), (c), (d) AND (e) OF THE TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 30 OF 2000)
In terms of section 3 (2) (b), section 8 (2), section 21 (2) (a), section 24 (2), section 35 (2), section 38 (2) and 67 (2) (b) of the Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 30 of 2000), I hereby determine 15 July 2001 as the date on which sections 3 (1) (b), (c), (d) and (e), 8 (1), 21 (1) (a), (c) and (d), 24 (1), 35 (1), 38 (1) and 67 (1) (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the said Act shall take effect.
