PROCLAMATION

EXTENSION OF THE PERIOD OF OPERATION OF SECTIONS 51 AND 52 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT No. 105 OF 1997)
Under section 53 (2) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 105 of 1997), I hereby further extend the period of operation of sections 51 and 52 of that Act for a period of two years with effect from 1 May 2001.
