COMMENCEMENT OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT NO. 76 OF 1997)
Under section 5 of the Criminal Procedure Amendment Act. 1997 (Act No. 76 of 1997), 1 hereby fix 20 April 2001 as the date on which section 4 of the said Act shall come into operation.
