PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
LAPSING OF THE VOLKSTAAT COUNCIL ACT, 1994, AND DISSOLUTION OF THE VOLKSTAAT COUNCIL
Under section 7 of the Volkstaat Council Act, 1994 (Act No. 30 of 1994 ), I hereby, after consultation with the Volkstaat Council, fix 30 April 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall lapse and the Volkstaat Council shall be dissolved.
