COMMENCEMENT OF THE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACT,1998 (ACT No. 97 OF 1998)
In terms of section 39(2) of the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act No. 97 of 1998), 1 hereby determine that Chapter 4 provisions of the said Act shall come into operation on 1 April 2001.
