THE PENSION FUNDS AMENDMENT ACT, 1997 (ACT NO. 94 OF 1997)
Under section 6 of the Pension Funds Amendment Act, 1997 (Act No. 94 of 1997), I hereby, determine 2 April 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
