JUDICIAL MATTERS AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 62 OF 2000): COMMENCEMENT
Under section 38 of the Judicial Matters Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 62 of 2000), I hereby fix 23 March 2001 as the date on which that Act, with the exception of section 35, shall come into operation.
