COMMENCEMENT OF THE BILLS OF EXCHANGE AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 56 OF 2000)
In terms of section 47 of the Bills of Exchange Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 56 of 2000), I hereby determine 1 March 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
