COMMENCEMENT OF THE PROTECTED DISCLOSURES ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 26 OF 2000)

Under section 11 of the Protected Disclosures Act, 2000 (Act No. 26 of 2000), I hereby determine 16 February 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
