COMMENCEMENT OF THE MILITARY VETERANS AFFAIRS' ACT, 1999 (ACT NO. 17 OF 1999)
Under section 19 of the Military Veterans Affairs' Act, 1999 (Act 17 of 1999), I hereby fix 1 February 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
