PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
DECLARATION OF THE STORMS WHICH CAUSED SEVERE DAMAGE ON 01/O1/2001 IN THE AREAS OF MATHULA STANDS AND SAAIPLAAS WITHIN THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT OF GROBLERSDAL WHICH BORDERS ON THE NORTHERN PROVINCE AND MPUMALANGA
Under the powers vested in me by Section 26 of the Fund Raising Act, 1978 (Act No 107 of the 1978). I hereby, declare the storms which caused severe damage on 01101/2001 in the areas of Mathula Stands and Saaiplaas within the magisterial district of Groblersdal which borders on the Northern Province and Mpumalanga to be a disaster for the purpose of this Act.
