COMMENCEMENT OF THE COUNCIL FOR MEDICAL SCHEMES LEVIES ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 58 OF 2000)
In terms of section 7 of the Council for Medical Schemes Levies Act, 2000 (Act No. 58 of 2000), I hereby determine 1 February 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
