COMMENCEMENT OF THE AFRICAN RENAISSANCE AND INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION FUND ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 51 OF 2000)
In terms of section 10 of the African Renaissance and International Co-operation Fund Act, 2000, I hereby determine 22 January 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
