COMMENCEMENT OF THE NATIONAL PROSECUTING AUTHORITY AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT NO. 61 OF 2000)
Under section 26 of the National Prosecuting Authority Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 61 of 2000), I hereby fix 12 January 2001 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
