DECLARATION OF THE FLOODS THAT OCCURRED IN THE LOWER UMFOLOZI MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT TO BE A DISASTER
Under the powers vested in me by Section 26 of the Fund-raising Act, 1978 (Act No. 107 of 1978), I hereby, declare that the floods that occurred on 17-21 November 2000 in the Lower Umfolozi Magisterial District to be a disaster for the purposes of this Act.
