COMMENCEMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 38 OF 2000)
In terms of section 34 of the Construction Industry Development Board Act, 2000 (Act No. 38 of 2000), I hereby determine 1 December 2000 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
