COMMENCEMENT OF THE PROMOTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE JUSTICE ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 3 OF 2000)
Under section 11 of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2000 (Act No. 3 of 2000), I hereby fix 30 November 2000 as the date on which the said Act, with the exclusion of sections 4 and 10 thereof, shall come into operation.
