PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULES 1 AND 3 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT, 1994 (PROCLAMATION No. 103 OF 1994)
Under the powers vested in me by section 7 (5) (a) (i) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), I hereby amend, Schedules 1 and 3 of the said Act by the insertion of the words "Statistics South Africa" and "Statistician-General: Statistics South Africa" in columns I and II of Schedule 1 after the words "South African Secret Service" and "Director-General: South African Secret Service" where they appear in columns I and II respectively, and the deletion of the words "Statistics South Africa" and "Head: Statistics South Africa" where they appear in columns I and II of Schedule 3, respectively.
