COMMENCEMENT OF THE TRANSNET PENSION FUND AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT No. 41 OF 2000)
In terms of section 8 of the Transnet Pension Fund Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 41 of 2000), I hereby determine 1 November 2000 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
