Notice is hereby given that amnesty in terms of section 20(1) of the Promotion of National Unity and Reconciliation Act, 1995 (Act No. 34 of 1995), was granted-

135. his participation in a battle between IFP supporters and UDF supporters which took place in the vicinity of councilor MNCWABE'S house at Esinathingi and in which at least one unknown person was killed, committed during or about November 1987;

162. the burning down by the use of petrol bombs of the house of MRS MAZUBUKO, committed at Unit 1 North, Mpumalanga;

189. the murder and attempted murder of an unknown number of people and the burning down of houses at Unit 2 Mpumalanga, committed during 1987 or 1988 in retaliation to an attack on the house of WALTER MTHALANE;

216. the murder of approximately nine people whose identities are not known, the attempted murder of an unknown number of people and the destruction of approximately eight houses, one of which was known as "Summertime", at Unit 1 South, Mpumalanga, , committed during 1987 or 1988;

243. the murder and attempted murder of an unknown number of people in the Mophela area near Mpumalanga in an attack led by MKHUPHULENI GUMEDE on UDF Supporters, committed during 1987 or 1988;

270. the murder and attempted murder of an unknown number of people and the burning down of a house in the Mophela area near Mpumalanga, committed during or about 1989190 in an attack in which and as a result of which LATHI SIBISI, an IFP supporter and operative, was injured and later died;

297. the murder of approximately 6 people and the attempted murder of an unknown number of people at an informal settlement known as "Zamane" near Unit 4, Mpumalanga, during 1989 or 1990, committed during an attack which was made in retaliation to the murder of four IFP supporters who had been abducted from a Rainbow Chicken staff bus;

324. the murder and attempted murder of an unknown number of people and the burning down of approximately 30 houses in the Enkunzini area near Njobokazi, committed during a retaliatory attack in 1989 or 1990;

351. the murder and attempted murder of an unknown number of people and the burning down of approximately six houses at Unit 1 North, Mpumalanga, committed during 1987 or 1988;

378. the murder of MR GUDUZA at Unit 4 Mpumalanga, committed during 1987 or 1988;

81. his participation in a battle between IFP supporters and UDF supporters which took place in the vicinity of councillor Mncwabe's house, committed during or about November 1987 at or near Esinathingi;

108. the murder and attempted murder of an unknown number of people, committed during 1991 at or near Njobokazi;

135. the murder of approximately ten people and the attempted murder of an unknown number of people, committed during 1992 at or near Paul's Shebeen, Section J1, Esikhawini;
