COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 1 TO 5 AND 10 OF THE JUDICIAL MATTERS SECOND AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT NO. 122 OF 1998)
Under section 16 of the Judicial Matters Second Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 122 of 1998), I hereby fix 1 September 2000 as the date on which sections 1 to 5 and 10 of the said Act shall come into operation.
