COMMENCEMENT OF THE COMPETITION AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (No. 15 of 2000)
In terms of section 6 of the Competition Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 15 of 2000), I hereby determine 1 September 2000 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
