NATIONAL ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT ACT, 1999 (ACT NO. 21 of 1999):COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN SECTIONS
Under section 40 of the Road Traffic Amendment Act, 1999 (Act No. 21 of 1999), I herby fix 1 August 2000 as the date on which section 1(a) of the English text and section 1(b) of the Afrikaans text, sections 2, 3, 4(c), 12, 13, 17, 26, 31(b), 31(c), 33(b), 33(c), 33(d), 35, 38and 40 of the said Act shall come into operation.
