COMMENCEMENT OF THE NATIONAL ROAD TRAFFIC AMENDMENT, 1998 (ACT NO. 8 of 1998)
Under section 14 of the National Road Traffic Amendment Act, 1998 (Act No. 8 of 1998), I hereby fix 1 August 2000 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
