COMMENCEMENT OF THE RENTAL HOUSING ACT, 1999 (ACT No. 50 OF 1999)
In terms of section 20 of the Rental Housing Act,1999 (Act No. 50 of 1999), I hereby determine 1 August 2000 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
