PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
AGED PERSONS AMENDMENT ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 100 OF 1998)
In terms of section 10 of the Aged Persons Amendment Act,1998 (Act No.100 of 1998),1 hereby determine 1 August 2000 as the date on which the said Act, excluding sections 4, 5 and 6 thereof, shall come into operation.
