APPOINTMENT OF COUNCILLORS TO COUNCIL OF INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA
In teens of section 5 (1) of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000), I hereby, with effect from 1 July 2000 appoint the following persons to be councillors to the Council of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa.

Mr William Hamilton Currie
Mr Langa Mbulelo Sithembile Ncetezo
Ms Libby Lloyd
Ms Julia Ntombikayise Hope
Ms Yasmin Tayob Carrim
Mr Neel Smuts
In terms of section 5(2)(a) of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa Act, 2000 (Act No. 13 of 2000) I hereby appoint Mr. Mandla Langa as chairperson.
