COMMENCEMENT OF THE FINANCIAL SERVICES BOARD AMENDMENT ACT, 2000 (ACT No.12 OF 2000)
In terms of section 23 of the Financial Services Board Amendment Act, 2000 (Act No. 12 of 2000), I hereby determine 12 May 2000 as the date on which the said Act shall come into operation.
