PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
DECLARATION OF THE FLOODS THAT OCCURRED IN THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICTS OF QWAQWA TO BE A DISASTER
Under the powers vested in me by section 26 of the Fund-Raising Act No. 107 of 1978, I hereby declare the floods that occurred on 19 March 2000 in the Magisterial Districts of Qwaqwa to be a disaster for the purposes of this Act.
