PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
DECLARATION OF THE FLOODS THAT OCCURRED ON 011 FEBRUARY 2000 IN THE DISTRICTS OF LETABA 1 AND 2, NAMAKGALE, LULEKANI, THOHOYANDOU, DZANANI 2 AND PHALABORWA TO BE A DISASTER
Under the powers vested in me by section 26 of the Fund-Raising Act, No. 107 of 1978, I hereby declare the floods that occurred on the 6-11 February 2000 in the Magisterial Districts of Letaba 1 and 2, Namakgale, Lulekani, Thohoyandou, Dzanani 2 and Phalaborwa to be a disaster for the purpose of this Act.
