by the President of the Republic of South Africa
AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE 1 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT, 1994 (PROCLAMATION No. 103 OF 1994)
Under the powers vested in me by section 7 (5) (a) (i) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), I hereby amend, with effect from 27 April 2000, Schedule 1 of the said Act, by the insertion of the words Presidency" and Director-General: Presidency" after the words Office of the Public Service Commission" and "Director-General: Office of the Public Service Commission" where they appear in columns 1 and 2 respectively, and the deletion of the words "Office of the Presidency" and Director-General: Office of the Presidency" where they appear in columns 1 and 2 of Schedule 1, respectively.
