PROCLAMATION

DECLARATION OF THE FLOODS THAT OCCURRED IN THE MAGISTERIAL DISTRICTS OF UBOMBO AND INGWAVUMA TO BE DISASTER AREAS
Under the powers vested in me by section 26 of the Fund-Raising Act, No. 107 of 1978,1 hereby declare the floods that occurred on the 16-17 March 2000 in the Magisterial Districts of Ubombo and Ingwavuma to be a disaster for the purposes of this Act.
