DECLARATION OF 1 APRIL 2000 AS THE COMMENCEMENT DATE OF THE REFUGEE ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 130 OF 1998)
Under the powers vested in me by section 41 of the Refugees Act, 1998 (Act No. 130 of 1998), I hereby declare 1 April 2000 as the commencement date of the Refugees Act, 1998 (Act No. 130 of 1998).
