NATIONAL HERITAGE RESOURCES ACT, 1999 (ACT No. 25 OF 1999) COMMENCEMENT
Under section 61 of the National Heritage Resources Act, 1999 (Act No. 25 of 1999), I hereby determine 1 April 2000 as the date on which the provisions of the sections of the said Act shall come into operation.
