PROCLAMATION
by the President of the Republic of South Africa
AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULES 1 AND 3 OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE ACT, 1994 (PROCLAMATION No. 103 OF 1994)Under the powers vested in me by section 7 (5) (a) (i) of the Public Service Act, 1994 (Proclamation No. 103 of 1994), I hereby amend, Schedules 1 and 3 of the said Act, with effect from 1 April 2000, by the insertion of the words "Sport and Recreation South Africa" and "Head: Sport and Recreation South Africa" in columns 1 and 11 of Schedule 3 after the words Independent Complaints Directorate" and Executive Director Independent Complaints Directorate" where they appear in columns 1 and 11 respectively, and the deletion of the words "Department of Sport and Recreation" and "Director-General: Sport and Recreation" in columns 1 and 11 of Schedule 1, respectively.
