COMMENCEMENT OF CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE WITNESS PROTECTION ACT, 1998 (ACT No. 112 OF 1998)
Under section 26 of the Witness Protection Act, 1998 (Act No. 112 of 1998),1 hereby fix 31 March 2000 as the date on which the said Act, with the exception of sections 6 and 20, shall come into operation.
